Prior to shipment, a test commissioned by India's JSL was conducted at Ezhong Factory. The test utilized an EZW43v - 40*16500mm 13-roll Hot Plate Leveller, and notably, the entire process was carried out without a foundation.
The parameters of the tested plate are clear: width 1650mm, thickness 40mm, and strength reaching 1000MPa. This Hot Plate Leveller was used to flatten the plate, and the final leveling accuracy was controlled within 5mm, perfectly achieving high-precision flattening.
Equipped with the latest CNC system, the Hot Plate Levellerstarted working after the operator input relevant data into the computer. It followed the preset leveling steps, and the final processed plate had no defects at all, winning high recognition from the customer.
