We will provide customers with equipment knowledge and related technical service consultations. Before shipment, our metal fabrication equipment will continue to run for 72 hours for testing. After normal operation, it will be strictly packaged and shipped. After-sale, we will also provide:

2) Online consultation and technical guidance with professional technical engineers;
3) The warranty period of the equipment is at least 1 year, calculated from the completion of installation and commissioning (except for vulnerable parts). During the warranty period, if the equipment fails under normal use, the customer has the right to propose to us to replace the damaged parts free of charge;
4) Our professional technical engineers can go to the client's company for on-site guidance (the client needs to pay all the fees for the engineer to return).
