1. The premise of normal use of the plate bending machine is to ensure the installation of the intermediate frame. First, the intermediate frame of the plate bending machine should be supported on a suitable supporting surface, one end should be clamped, and the other end should be supported.


2. During the formal operation, when the workpiece is rotating, first make the lower two supporting claws evenly touch the workpiece supporting surface and then lock it, then tighten the upper cover of the plate rolling machine and adjust the position of the upper supporting claws until it is properly locked.


3. It must be ensured that the supporting claws of the intermediate frame of the rolling machine are balanced to avoid some undesirable phenomena. When supporting the workpiece surface with high precision, in order to prevent the bearing claws from wearing the workpiece surface, a layer of pure copper sheet or fine emery cloth is placed between each bearing claws of the intermediate frame and the bearing surface, and this situation will be improved.
