1. Electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop control: Adopts servo hydraulic system to collect roller displacement and pressure signals in real time, and automatically adjust flow and pressure. Compared with conventional hydraulic models, it features high repeat positioning accuracy and excellent roll gap synchronization. The finished cylinder boasts high roundness and small straight edge section, which greatly reduces the flat ends of plates, improves material utilization, ensures stable control and cuts down the circle calibration process.
2. Bending of multi-curvature special-shaped workpieces: Supports fully automatic rolling of arbitrary special-shaped parts with single arc, multi-radius, multi-curvature, variable arc and multi-segment arc.
3. Automatic program-controlled rolling: Input plate thickness, width, diameter and material parameters, the system automatically calculates roller travel. It realizes automatic rolling and automatic springback compensation. Multiple sets of product process programs can be stored and directly recalled for product changeover. Suitable for mass automatic production of pressure vessel high-strength steel plates and stainless steel shell sections, lowering reliance on operator experience.
4. CAD drawing import: Programs can be automatically generated by importing CAD drawings. Graphical operation enables one-step forming of bent plates.
5. Multiple safety protections: Overload pressure protection, displacement limit, emergency stop and hydraulic self-locking. Side rollers and top roller can be locked to prevent workpiece ejection caused by springback.
6. Digital interface: Compatible with MES system to record processing parameters and production logs for production traceability, ideal for industries such as pressure vessels requiring process documentation.
